When you use the quote form we collect what you enter, which is your full name, mobile number, email address, state, age, sex, tobacco use, a general health rating, the coverage amount you want, whether you have life insurance now, your goals for the coverage and the best time to call you. We also record the exact consent wording you agreed to and when, along with your IP address, browser type and the page and ad that brought you here.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you about life insurance by the method you chose, to prepare your quote and to keep a record of your consent. We use visit and click information to understand which pages and ads help people.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. If you decide to apply, your information goes to the insurance company you choose. We use service providers that host this site, store records and send messages, and they may use your information only to provide those services to us. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
